Clients must arrive punctually for scheduled appointments and provide accurate health information during consultation. You are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your massage treatment. Clients must maintain appropriate conduct and respect our staff and facilities.
Our massage services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not intended as medical treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or whose condition may pose risks to themselves or others. Services may be modified or discontinued based on professional judgment.
Massage therapists will not provide services beyond the scope of professional massage therapy. Any inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical contact and may result in muscle soreness or temporary discomfort. You must inform us immediately of any discomfort during treatment. We maintain strict hygiene standards and expect clients to arrive clean and appropriately dressed.
Pregnant clients, individuals with heart conditions, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns should consult their physician before receiving massage services.
All content, techniques, proprietary methods, branding, and materials used in our spa are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary massage techniques, business methods, or branded materials without written permission.
Photography or recording of treatments, facilities, or staff is strictly prohibited without express written consent. Our trade secrets, client lists, and operational procedures remain confidential and proprietary.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for personal belongings, jewelry, or valuables left on premises. Clients participate in massage services at their own risk and acknowledge that results may vary.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and health details shared during consultations. Personal information is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.
These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the incident giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing terms periodically.
